Thank you for choosing Dune Bliss Boutique. Please read this policy carefully — it explains our practices for returns, cancellations and refunds based on the nature of our business, where products are made to client specifications and our services include workshops and event planning.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases of Goods and bookings of Services through our Website and other sales channels. Because the majority of our Goods are custom-made to your specifications and our Services (workshops, event planning) are scheduled and staffed specifically for your booking, different rules apply than with standard off‑the‑shelf retail purchases.
2. Definitions
– Company / We / Us / Our: Dune Bliss Boutique L.L.C, Abu Dhabi — Al Nahyan Camp / Al Maamoura Saada Tower, Floor 12, Office No. 3.
– Goods: physical items sold by Us (the majority are custom-made/personalized).
– Services: workshops, event planning and other service bookings offered by Us.
– You / Your: the customer or entity purchasing Goods or Services.
3. Custom-made Goods (no returns or refunds)
– All Goods are made or modified to your specifications, based on information and requirements you provide at the time of order.
– Because these Goods are customized, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, except as set out below under “Faulty or Damaged Goods.”
– Please review your order carefully before confirmation. We recommend you keep a copy of all communications and design approvals.
4. Faulty or Damaged Goods (exceptions)
– If Goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or materially not as described, please notify Us within 7 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@duneblissboutique.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description.
– Upon verification, We will, at Our discretion, repair or replace the item, or issue a refund or partial refund. If a refund is issued, it will be processed using the original payment method no later than 14 days after We confirm the refund.
– We may ask you to return the item at Our cost or provide additional evidence as part of our investigation.
5. Workshops, Events and Service Bookings — Non‑Refundable
– All bookings for workshops, classes, consultations, and event planning services are non-refundable. This includes any down payments, deposits, and full payments made to secure a booking.
– Down payments and deposits are retained to reserve dates, materials and staff, and therefore are non-refundable.
– Transfers and rescheduling: At Our discretion and subject to availability, bookings may be transferred to another person or rescheduled once if requested at least 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled date. Additional fees may apply for rescheduling; down payments remain non-refundable. Requests made less than 14 days before the scheduled date are handled on a case‑by‑case basis and are not guaranteed.
– Cancellation by Us: If We cancel a workshop or event for any reason, We will offer you (a) an alternative date, (b) a credit for the value paid, or (c) a refund of amounts paid for the canceled session. Where We provide a refund, it will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
– Because products are customized and/or production begins quickly after order confirmation, cancellations and changes are generally not accepted once design work or production has started.
– If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Us immediately at info@duneblissboutique.com. If production has not yet commenced, We may, at our discretion, accept a cancellation and refund any amounts paid (less any non‑refundable deposit or costs already incurred). If production has commenced, the order is non-refundable.
7. Return Shipping
– For approved returns of faulty or incorrect items, We will provide return instructions and, where appropriate, cover reasonable return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured, trackable service.
8. Refund Processing
– Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of Our confirmation to issue a refund. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
– If you paid by a third party (e.g., gift-giver), We will refund the purchaser unless otherwise agreed.
9. Consumer Rights
– This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where such laws provide rights that are more favorable than this policy, those legal rights prevail.
